Disney Themed Series

Each month, a few of my blogging friends and I come together to share our perspectives on different Disney attractions, shows and parks, from photography tips to scrapbooking tips to disney inspired recipes.  Some months have been lucky enough to have bloggers from Disneyland and Disneyland Paris share their versions of different Disney attractions.

Wishes Around the Web: In four part series, I shared my memories of a moment in the Magic Kingdom during Wishes, the nighttime spectacular at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. Deb from Focused on the Magic shared her tips for photographing fireworks, a skill I have yet to master, but plan to use Deb's tips on my next trip!  Mary from Capturing Magical Memories shared her Wishes inspired scrapbook layouts, as well as a tip on how to create page when you have minimal pictures to fill a page.  Though Disneyland does not have Wishes, Chad from Days in the Park shared details of the Disneyland nighttime spectacular "Remember Dreams Come True."

In Pursuit of Pirates: In this six part series, I shared where my Disney obsession began. Deb at Focused on the Magic shares tips for taking photos in dark attractions that do not allow flash photography, as well as some fun spots for pirate themed photo opportunities.  Mary from Capturing Magical Memories shared some pirate-inspired scrapbook layouts and tips.  Kristen from Cooking with Mickey shared a Captain Jack Sparrow inspired recipe.  Chad from Days in the Park and Amanda from Manda's Disney blog shared the Disneyland and Disneyland Paris versions of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.

In Flight Fun for the Kids is an on going series of articles written about items I have that are great for occupying the kids while in flight on their way to Disney or any other destination.  Having family in Texas, our children have flown many times, and I have found new items to add to their carry-ons as they have gotten older.  These items include not just toys and books, but also things of a more practical nature, such as water bottles.

This month's series is On Safari in Harambe, a look at Kilimanjaro Safaris in Disney's Animal Kingdom. This three part series is kicked off with why I love this attraction and what happened to make it one of my favorite things to do in Walt Disney World.  Deb of Focused on the Magic shares her top tips for capturing photos of these amazing animals as you venture through the safari.  Mary of Capturing Magical Memories then ends our series with some fun scrapbook layouts to show off your safari photos!
