Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop ~ Our Family's Favorites

Focused on the Magic
I am finally able to join the Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop hosted by Deb at Focused on the Magic.  I have recovered many of my photos, except my last two trips, though luckily I have access to those on Snapfish ... phew!  These pictures go back to our trip in 2008.  During this trip, it was Joey's second trip and Hayley and Emily's first trip to Walt Disney World.  It was also our first trip as a family of five!  I chose my personal favorite photo of each of my children from that trip.  Between my mom, sister in law and myself, we took over 1,000 photos!  It was a full out family reunion with my parents, brother, sister in law and nephew and us, which included six adults and four children ages three and under.

Here is our full out family reunion!
We celebrated at Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue ~ Our family's favorite dinner show

Emily loved the maps.  She was our fearless leader through the parks!

Cape May Cafe is our favorite character breakfast.  Hayley and Donald had a lot of fun playing peek a boo.  Even better, Donald squeezed into the booth with Hayley, in which he then got a nice big, maple syrup kiss from her.

Joey loved hanging out with Pluto at Chef Mickey's, his favorite character meal!

Thank you for stopping by today!

Make sure you head over to
to share your family favorites, as well as see what everyone else shared!

Thank you! It seems like yesterday though it was 5 years ago! They are growing up so quickly!

Thank you! We are very blessed to say the least. They are the three kindest and happiest kids too.

Hoop Dee Doo is our traditional last night celebration. One year my brother was picked to be in the show ... that was so fun! And my kids have been chosen to ring the dinner bell, so we have quite the attachment to this show!

Thanks, Melissa! SO far the only thing I have lost are our videos from 2009 until now. Luckily, I have a few on You Tube and a few on Facebook so I am hoping I can download those at least!

Thank you, Deb! I was quite relieved to find out that the ones I couldn't get off my drive I can download from Snapfish for free. They used to charge a fee per picture, which I could not imagine the cost that would have come to! So even though they will be a smaller resolution, at least I have a digital form of them! Phew! Now my videos did not make out so well. But it could have been worse! :-)

Thanks, Diane! I am enjoying every second with them because they are just growing up much too quickly! :-)

Thank you! My kids each have their own list of characters they "must find" each trip. I love seeing how much they love each and every one of them!

That is so exciting! So happy you found it! 'Ohana was really great. I would definitely take the kids here again. I loved that it was family style. With little ones, it makes the meal a little more relaxing. Plus, I knew that my kids loved all the breakfast foods offered. Of course, we were staying at the Polynesian, so being able to just walk there was also a positive! :-)

We love Ohana for dinner and after this review, I think we need to book a breakfast there! EVERYONE in my family would eat EVERYTHING on this menu! That's a huge plus in my book!! :) I'm pinning onto my bucket list board now!!

We had eaten dinner here a few trips back and loved it so much that it quickly became Brian's new favorite restaurant. When the kids and I went last September, we planned both supper AND breakfast at 'Ohana. We had a blast, both times - but we really enjoyed meeting Lilo and Stitch at breakfast. We weren't able to get reservations here for our next trip, so Brian is a bit disappointed. Maybe he'll find a new favorite. :)

The breakfast at Ohana looks delicious and what a fantastic way to start the day!

We really do enjoy this breakfast!! The food isn't my favorite of all the character breakfasts. But the characters and location make up for it all.

This breakfast is on our to do list! I love visiting the Poly and Mickey's costume is awesome. :)

Thanks, Beth! We really enjoyed it! I can't wait to go back!!

I have heard many people say this is one breakfast spot that they just showed up and were seated. So don't give up! :-)

It was perfect! All Hayley wanted to do was meet Stitch and give him her picture. It made her smiley all day!

I agree, this breakfast does not have the variety of the others, but I loved the character interactions here ... and not having to go up to a buffet! :-)

I highly recommend it - we'll definitely go back. The kids have already started talking about it for our next trip, and we haven't even started talking about a next trip yet! :-)
