Tiggerific Tuesday Trivia ~ Tinkerbell's Flight

Tiggerific+Tuesday+Trivia Tiggerific Tuesday Trivia: Abe Lincoln I am always excited to learn something new about Walt Disney, the Disney parks, and any other Disney related topic, which means I am excited to join in another week of Tiggerific Tuesday Trivia.  I randomly chose a Walt Disney World fact using the Walt Disney World Fun Facts App.  I am excited to say this trivia comes from my favorite nighttime show ~ Wishes in the Magic Kingdom.  This fireworks spectacular is a "must do" for our family, whether we watch it from Main Street U.S.A or from the beach of Disney's Polynesian Resort.

Tinkerbell's flight during Wishes is 750 feet, averaging 15 miles per hour.  The trip takes approximately 34 seconds.

I absolutely love Wishes, and seeing Tinkerbell take flight makes it all the more magical.  You can read all about a special family moment during Wishes for our family during one trip, as well as Deb from Focused on the Magic's fireworks photography tips, Mary of Capturing Magical Memories Wishes scrapbook layouts and more in our series "Wishes Around the Web."

Make sure you head over to
to share your favorite Disney trivia tidbit and see what everyone else has shared!

I think if I were Tinkerbell, it would be a terrifying 34 seconds of my life, but the view would be great! :-)

I couldn't agree more! Gracie has the Kingdom Keepers books and I've read the first few. There's a scene in one of the books where the one boy has to do the flight. (I think I'm remembering correctly) Terrifying, to say the least! LOL

Love Wishes! I always hold my breath for Tinkerbell. That must be so scary!

It's not scary - Tink's a REAL fairy & she's used to flying high like that!

So true, Jodi! I guess I would not make a good fairy! ;-)

My vacation isn't complete without at least one viewing of Wishes!
