A Boat Ride Away from the Magic Kingdom ~ The Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop

Here we are again at another Disney Wordless Wednesday!  This week's blog hop theme is "Disney Transportation," and I am sharing one of my favorite photos from our first stay at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  This boat was a great way to get to the Magic Kingdom.  Its loop took us from the Polynesian to the Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian and back to the Polynesian.  It was a beautiful ride, especially at sunset and the evening hours making our way back to our resort.

Looks like that mode of transportation is headed to the Magic Kingdom. Don't like when the boat is headed the other way.

It was on its way to the boat launch at the Poly to take us directly to the Magic Kingdom. One stop away can't be beat! :-)

It was such a beautiful view. Of course the kids always opted for the monorail, but I would gladly enjoy this boat ride any time!

I wish I were there right now! But good thing I only have 38 more days to experience it again!

Yes! We rarely had a full boat except for the night we left MNSSHP, but a boat full of Disney fans in Halloween costumes was quite fun!

Gorgeous photo of this area of the Grand Floridian and another transportation option there. We used that a few times while staying there since the kids thought it was fun.

There is just so much to see from that vantage point between the ferries, the resorts and the Magic Kingdom. It is quite a relaxing ride!

I love to see these boats and used to like to ride them whenever I got the chance. Somehow though, I've become afraid of them. Very nice photo!

If you ever have the opportunity to stay there, I say go for it! I never thought we would stay at a deluxe, but we just happen to get a good discount and a little Disney magic so we could upgrade. I had thought deluxes weren't worth it, but they most definitely are! :-)

Thank you! Well, they seem so small out there on the lake with the big ferries and such around. :-)
