We Pursued and Found the Magic This Week with the #HoliDazeGiftAway, Tiggerific Tuesday Trivia and an Almost Wordless Wednesday Tribute to Walt Disney

It certainly has been a while since I have one of my weekly reviews!  It has been 12 weeks since I broke my elbow and luckily I am at about 75% use again.  I still have a ways to go, but I am getting there.  My thoughts on physical therapy . . . I cannot wait for it to be done!  It is not fun.  For those of you who know about my nephew, Dustin, the day before Thanksgiving we were given the official word that he is in remission.  There is no greater gift our family could have received this holiday season.  He still has two years of treatment to go, but he is off to a good start.  I am so thankful to all of you who have sent me messages, said prayers and sprinkled pixie dust and just kept us in your thoughts.  Our family is very blessed to have so many amazing people in our lives to help us through this difficult time.

As for Pursuing the Magic, we are back!  I have a lot of great things coming up next week as we get ready for the holidays and celebrate two December birthdays!

This week at Pursuing the Magic:
If you haven't seen it yet, please check out the HoliDazeGiftAway over at The Dragyn's Lair.  I am lucky enough to be a part of the $200 giveaway, as well as sponsor two of the other giveaways. But there are a lot of Bloggers who have come together and there are giveaways being posted almost daily!

Tiggerific Tuesday Trivia Blog Hop was up and running.  I shared a bit of trivia about "The Jungle Book."

For the Disney Wordless Wednesday, I shared a favorite photo of my dad with my kids in honor of Walt Disney's birthday.

With the improvements to my elbow, I have finally been able to get back to training for the Princess Half Marathon.  With just a couple of months to go, I have a lot of catching up to do, especially since I broke my elbow the day after I registered!  Even better, I am on The Magical Blogorail Running Team, which is raising money for Autism Speaks and Team Dustin (both causes near and dear to my heart).  Looking for a team to join for your next runDisney event?  Make sure you check out the Magical Blogorail Running Team. You can even follow us on Facebook!

Well, I hope you all had a great week!  I look forward to sharing with you our Disney inspired birthday celebrations and holiday decorations next week!

How did you pursue and find Disney magic this week?

I'm sorry your physical terrorist is giving you a tough time- I hope it's results oriented, and you will be running at the front of the pack in February!

I think I am just being a big baby! LOL! I have very little patience with injuries, so it is more me just wanting to be better immediately than my physical therapist. But I just have to realize I am not 21 anymore. It takes a little longer for me to recover from injuries than it used to! ;-)
