5. Grilled Beef Skewer with with Chimichurri Sauce (Argentina Booth): This was our first stop on our culinary tour around World Showcase and my husband hasn't stopped talking about how great this dish was. He liked it so much, when we returned to Epcot on another day, he ordered it again!
4. Lobster and Scallop Fisherman's Pie (Ireland Booth)
3. Steamed Mussels in Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce (Belgium Booth)
2. Escargots Persillade en Brioche (France Booth): I was so impressed by this dish. They were served in little brioche bowls!
1. Warm Chocolate Lava Cake with Bailey's Irish Cream Ganache (Ireland Booth): I love sweets, so it surprises me this is the only sweet dish on my list. But this by far was my favorite of the 2011 Food & Wine Festival.

Writing this post made me really wish we were headed down to WDW for the Food and Wine Festival this year! It was amazing!
They all look so incredible, but I love deserts, if that's (choc. lava cake with Bailey's Ganache) there this year I will be trying it ;-)
I recommend sampling it many times! :-)
You are a much more adventurous eater than me.. escargot? never!! I definitely hope to get there one day to try some of the other less scary stuff! ;-)
I can't wait for this year's festival! We were there for the last weekend last year and a lot of the food was sold out. I need to get my hands on that lava cake!
I was never adventurous until I met Pierre and not until we went to Walt Disney World! :-) He would try everything and eventually, I started too! Now we have so many favorites that at one time in my life I thought I would never try!
It is so delicious! I highly recommend sampling it a couple of times! :-)
