Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop ~ Relaxing at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

Focused on the Magic
Today I am joining in on the fun of the Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop hosted by Deb at Focused on the Magic.  This week's theme is Resorts and Relaxation.  We personally are a family who takes full advantage of relaxing at our resort when in Walt Disney World!  In honor of my brother and his family being at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in Walt Disney World right now, I am sharing a few shots from our favorite spots to relax at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.

Wish I were here right now!

Make sure you head over to Focused on the Magic to check out all the other great Disney Wordless Wednesday photos!  Which resort do you think is the most relaxing?

Ok, that is looking more and more like a place my family would love!  Do you think it's too spread out, if you have really little ones?

If you go, I highly recommend that you request Jamaica building 45 or Aruba 51 (I think 51).  We have stayed in South Trinidad (way too far away), Martinique (very loud due to foot traffic to get to Old Port Royale), North Trinidad (very loud because of pool), Jamaica and Aruba.  Jamaica is across the water, but it is a nice walk to the pool and food court, not too long.  We have stayed there twice with little ones and it is a favorite.  There is a lot to do including limbo at the food court at random times during the day.  It is a very spread out resort, but if you can get into the right building, it is awesome! :-)

I have never seen any of this resort! It looks wonderful. Our next stay is going to be at a moderate...so I think we'll try out CBR.

We just love it!  These views are especially enjoyed with a PinaColava from the Banana Cabana in hand too! :-)

I would definitely give it a try!  My kids love the pool area and I really enjoy walking the grounds.  Request Jamaica building #45 or Aruba #51 if you do make a reservation!

Hope they are helping you feel better and transporting you, at least mentally, to WDW! :-)

You let him go without you?!  CBR has so much space and so much to offer- thanks for the tips!

I know and right at this moment he is eating at California Grill and texted me a photo of the view.  We couldn't work out everyone's schedules for a trip together this year, but hopefully, we can in a year or two!

What a nice pool area! I have never been to CB.

Me too!  I would love to be poolside with a Pina Colava in my hand! :-)

We do too!  I just has such a relaxing atmosphere.

Beth D. said...

Me too!  My kids claim this resort to be their favorite, but that is based solely on the pools! :-)

Thanks, Amanda!

My list sees somewhat impossible too, but I am thinking a lottery win would cure that!

It's funny, Kelly, because I read so many negative reviews of the Caribbean, but we have never had a bad experience there.  We really enjoy the atmosphere and my kids just love the pool area.

I have never been to this one but it looks fantastic. It was being renovated one year when we were choosing.

Maybe next time.

This is one of my kids favorite water-parks. We normally stay in one of the other Disney Resorts and just play at this water-park. But just looking at these pictures makes me want to be down there ASAP! Thanks for brightening up my day.
