Welcome to those of you joining me from Meet the Magic and those of you just hopping aboard. I am the 2nd stop on our Magical Blogorail.
There was no question which pavilion I would be discussing for this month's Magical Blogorail topic. My favorite World Showcase Pavilion is, and always has been, Germany. There is so much here that I love - from the shopping to the food to the atmosphere. It has always been my favorite, but a new addition to the pavilion, well new to us, has made it even better!
As you may know from our previous loop, Favorite Disney Shopping Spots, one of my favorite shops on Walt Disney World property is Volskunst in the Germany Pavilion. I could spend a lot of time in here taking in the intricate details of the beer steins and cuckoo clocks. I have yet to purchase one of the clocks, but I hope to one day. Of course, these days my time spent enjoying the details lasts as long as my husband can keep the kids at bay outside of the shop!

The newest thing we discovered on our latest trip is the addition of Karamell Kuche. They have a lot of amazing looking treats, including one of my personal favorites - fresh caramel popcorn. I could have purchased a bag of this everyday of the vacation. Even better, the way the shop is set up, you can watch them work to create some of the delicious sweets they sell. The day we were there, a woman was hand making chocolate covered strawberries. It was fun to watch the process that goes into each and every one of these!

YES! As said over at Meet the Magic, my boys thought the spot by the trains was their second home for many years! Germany has so much to offer...
Awesome! Beth, next trip you're gonna have to get up and dance at Biergarten. And we must have pictures. :)
John loved Biergarten on out last #Disney trip. So fun to watch the little ones 'dance' to the music!
I didn't mention the etched glasses they have too. Just beautiful!
LOL! I wouldn't hold your breath on that one!! :-)
Last time we ate there, a grandmother was dancing with what looked like her grandchildren. There are about 7 or 8 of them. They were having so much fun. You couldn't help but enjoy the moment with them!
My son and I have glass steins from there with our names on them. Boo yah.
We've never tried Biergarten, but I am always up for cheesecake!! This trip on the Blogorail is making me hungry!
I have to say that I find it hilarious that 4 of us picked Germany. What are the chances? There is one thing that you, Natalie and myself can agree on... Karamell Kuche is the best. I can't help but sing along when the Oktoberfest Musikanten perform "Ein Prosit!".
I guess is we ever have an MB meet up we know where a majority of the Blue members would like to go! :-)
Same here! Makes me wish I were there now!
Germany seems to be the Pavilion of choice this week! I have to confess, it's never been a pavilion I've spent a lot of time in. I need to pay more attention, I guess.
