LeCellier's Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup Recipe ~ Courtesy of Cooking with Mickey

Canada Pavilion ~ April 2004
My husband, Pierre, loves to cook.  But since I am a stay at home mom and he works, I pretty much do all the cooking.  This week is a little different - Pierre is on vacation!  For a very cold New Hampshire day yesterday, he decided to make LeCellier's Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup.  I have heard many things about this soup, but we have never actually dined at LeCellier on any of our WDW trips, nor had we tried making the recipe ourselves.  I looked up the recipe on Kristen's site, Cooking with Mickey, and there it was.

If you want to try this out for yourself, here's the recipe at Cooking with Mickey: LeCellier's Canadian Cheddar Cheese SoupIt was delicious, and as you know from my other posts, making Disney recipes is one of my favorite ways to keep Disney magic alive between trips.  Kristen has several Disney recipes posted on her site. Check out Cooking with Mickey if you are looking to bring a little Disney to your dinner table.

What is your favorite Disney recipe that you make at home?

I love cooking Disney recipes. All three of my kids love to help too, so it makes it even better! I've already posted two other favorites: Hoop Dee Doo Cornbread (my kids can basically make this themselves) and the 'Ohana Honey-Lime Dressing.
